This room will accommodate 14 guests. Tables and chairs are already set up for your convenience.  This cozy room makes a perfect space for a small shower, birthday party, or business meeting.

NOTE: This is a NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING Facility.

Provided with this space:

• 2 – 8′ foot long tables (They are pushed together to make one large table in the center of the room)
• 14 chairs
• Small utility sink
• Hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags will be provided for cleanup
• Bathrooms – There is a men’s and women’s restroom located on the same floor as the Meeting Room
• 2 Bulletin Boards for hanging decorations
• 1 Chalk Board

Notes:

• The Meeting Room is approximately 24’x15′ and it is handicap accessible.
• This space has heating & air conditioning

Decorating rules:

• Do not use confetti or glitter
• Do not us 3M strips or any adhesive substances on ANY surfaces. 
• Do not put any holes in the walls (or any surface) with nails/screws/staples/push pins/etc. The exceptions would be pushpins only in the bulletin boards.
• Do not have open candles (they must be enclosed in a globe or jar).  Any wax found throughout the building will result in a loss of deposit.

Cleaning Rules:

• For a full list of cleaning and building use rules please contact us. This will also be provided upon booking in your contract. Clean-up is required to get full security deposit back.
