Fellowship Hall – The Fellowship Hall will hold a maximum of 175 guests.  This space is very neutral, so that you can make your colors and theme pop! The design of the white, magnetic wall makes it easy to drape tulle, lanterns, balloons, etc. to create a 360 atmosphere for your guests. Tables and chairs are available to set-up as you wish. 

NOTE: This is a NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING Facility.

Provided with this space:

• 15 – 60″ round tables (each holds a maximum of 8 chairs)

• 5 – 8′ long tables (to use for a head table, gift tables, or food tables)

• 7 – 6′ long tables

• Warming kitchen – Comes with two stove/ovens (for warming only), refrigerator, microwave, worktables, sinks, and a cart. Hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, a broom & dustpan, and trash bags will be provided for cleanup.

• Bathrooms – There is a men’s and women’s restroom located on the same floor as the Fellowship Hall

Notes:

• The renter will be responsible to bring dishrags, towels, ice, dishware, cooking utensils, table linens, and decorations.

• The Fellowship Hall is approximately 67’x48′ and it is handicap accessible.

• This space has heating & air conditioning

Decorating rules:

• Do not use confetti or glitter
• Do not put tape, 3M strips, or any adhesive substances on ANY surfaces.  Magnets can be used on the metal walls.  These can be provided by The Gathering at Collins, but all magnets must be returned to receive back your full deposit
• Do not put any holes in the walls (or any surface) with nails/screws/staples/push pins/etc.
• Do not have open candles (they must be enclosed in a globe or jar).  Any wax found throughout the building will result in a loss of deposit.

Cleaning Rules:

• For a full list of cleaning and building use rules please contact us. This will also be provided upon booking in your contract. Clean-up is required to get full security deposit back.
